How can we reduce design and development lift when we bring two products together?

Above is a specs showing what will and will not change when we merge two features at Chase: transaction search, and the Chase Digital Assistant. Although real estate and context changes, the benefit of re-using both high level design system components and CDA-specific components meant that additional UI design work would be nearly eliminated, and dev effort would be greatly reduced.
